Is it time for a tune up?

Time for a tune in?

Rolfing® structural integration is an intelligent approach to solving body problems by balancing the structures that give a body its shape.  Good organization of the body is based on balanced tension in the connective tissue, geared toward each individual’s unique structure.  If you have sustained injuries, falls, emotional holding, or other tensions, the connective tissue system throughout your system can become imbalanced.  A deeper understanding of the relationships in an individual’s structure and movement patterns allows clients to improve ease, use, and function whenever they choose to.

Rebecca Lisak is a Certified Advanced Rolfer™ who practices in Center City Philadelphia.

“One individual may experience his losing fight with gravity as a sharp pain in the back, another as the unflattering contour of his body, another as constant fatigue, and yet another as an unrelenting threatening environment. Those over forty may call it old age; yet all these signals may be pointing to a single problem so prominent in their own structures and the structures of others that it has been ignored: they are off balance; they are at war with gravity.”
